My journey back to health, energy, and nature.

Hi, I’m Elina, a Primal Health Coach and someone who knows what it feels like to live disconnected from your body.

 

For a long time, I didn’t feel at home in mine.

 

As a child, people constantly commented on my body, saying I was “too skinny,” which gradually shaped a complicated relationship with how I saw myself. Instead of learning how to care for it, I disconnected from it. I ignored all the signals, pushed through the fatigue, pain, and convinced myself that feeling tired and crap was just part of adult life.

 

In my early twenties, that disconnection deepened. Emotional eating, low energy, anxiety, and constant overthinking became normal. My body was clearly asking for something different, but I had no idea how to listen.

Everything changed in 2018.

 

I saw a photo of myself with my family and barely recognized the person in it. Not long after, I barely made it through a hike that should have been easy for me. Standing there scared and exhausted in the mountains, I realized something important: if I didn’t change, I would slowly lose the life I actually wanted to live.

So I started rebuilding from the ground up.

 

What began as a search for better health slowly turned into a deeper journey. Over the past decade, this path has taken me through travel, nature, and the study of human health, psychology, and ancestral living. I eventually trained as a Primal Health Coach, but much of what shaped me came from experimenting, observing, and learning to listen to my own body.

The biggest lesson was simple but not easy.

 

Health is not built through extreme discipline or chasing every new trend. I learned this the hard way after swinging into another phase of overtraining, 'planet-friendly' diets, and wellness hacks. My body burned out again.

 

Real healing began when I stopped trying to control everything and started rebuilding trust with my body from the ground up.

 

Through simple foundations like nourishing food, supportive daily rhythms, time in nature, and a kinder relationship with myself, my energy returned. The anxiety softened. I finally felt grounded and clear in a way that felt natural and sustainable.

 

Today, this is the work I share with others.

 

Through my practice YPS, I support people who feel exhausted by modern life, disconnected from their bodies, or stuck in health routines that no longer work.

 

Together we return to the foundations:

 

  • nourishment that supports real energy

  • movement that feels like play

  • nervous system regulation

  • learning to listen to the signals of your body again

  • and reconnecting with your personal soul blueprint.

 

Strong and lasting health is about understanding your own rhythm and creating a way of living that supports who you truly are.

About Your Prime Self

That is what Your Prime Self (YPS) represents.

 

Through my work with YPS, I guide people who feel stuck in unhealthy patterns or burned out by routines that no longer work. Together we return to the foundations of real health: nourishment, supportive daily rhythms, mindful movement, and a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

For those ready to go deeper, I offer a 12-week coaching journey with daily lessons in health foundations, 1:1 weekly calls, and ongoing support to help you rebuild energy, strength, and lasting habits.
